Lauderdale is seeking a reliable and energetic team member for a hybrid Food Runner and Porter position . This dual-role position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Porter Duties (Pre-Opening): 2:30pm-5:30pm Arrive before opening to thoroughly clean and prepare the restaurant for service Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors Wipe down surfaces, restock supplies, and ensure bathrooms and common areas are clean Take out trash and assist with any other prep as needed Food Runner Duties (During Service): 6:00pm-volume (Around 10-11pm) Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests’ tables Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and timely Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests Support overall dining room flow and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to move quickly and work on your feet for extended periods Team player with a positive attitude Available to work nights and weekends
