As a Server, you’ll be responsible for: Courteously and professionally serve food and beverages to all residents and their guests. Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order Communicate with residents, to take food and beverage orders, and provide service and requested items both promptly and courteously Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service Maintain knowledge of menu in order to answer questions pertaining to food and beverage menu selections Maintain neat, safe and sanitary conditions in working areas. Assist with receiving and greeting residents and guests, as well as seating residents whenever possible Adhere to proper food handling and preparation standards in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
