Server Dumpling Panda FTL Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Your ability to collaborate with the kitchen staff and other team members will be essential in delivering high-quality service. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets culinary standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Adhere to food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance dining experiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborative mindset for working effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with culinary terminology is a plus but not required.
