As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Clover POS. Provide detailed information about menu items, including culinary specialties and daily specials. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently using cash registers and handle cash transactions responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, service stations and bathrooms. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Requirements Previous experience in a server role within a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create positive dining experiences. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with Clover POS systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective guest interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role. A passion for culinary arts and providing outstanding food service is highly valued. Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
