Gregs Cookout is looking for experienced, personable, and professional Servers to join our front-of-house team! As a server at our establishment, you are more than just a food runner—you’re the face of the guest experience. From welcoming guests to guiding them through the menu, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every meal is unforgettable.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, timely, and attentive service to all guests Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer questions knowledgeably Accurately take orders and input them into our POS system Handle multiple tables while staying organized and professional Manage guest concerns with grace and escalate when necessary Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service Upsell menu items, drinks, and pairings naturally Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of serving experience in a full-service or upscale dining environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities under pressure Punctual, dependable , and maintains a professional appearance Familiarity with POS systems and order flow Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying trays or plates Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
