As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining guest relations while adhering to the highest standards of food service. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold restaurant policies regarding health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions efficiently. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
