Possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served and utilizes suggestive selling techniques. Maintains positive guest satisfaction by answering questions, providing information on the menu and the establishment. Must have Point of Sale system knowledge. Maintains clean work areas free of debris for guests and fellow team members.
