As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or similar systems. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure safe handling of food items. Experience in cash handling and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing orders effectively. Previous experience in the food industry or catering is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
