Server Sushi Sake (Davie) 7750 Nova Drive, Davie, FL 33324 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring that every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with attention to detail. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, offering recommendations when necessary. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system (e.g., OpenTable). Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper sanitation and presentation standards are met. Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure all guests receive prompt service. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with culinary terminology and restaurant operations is a plus. Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
