Server Assistant Daniel’s Steakhouse 620 South Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while supporting the front-of-house staff. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food service, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Support kitchen staff by ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available for service. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs in a friendly manner. Assist with any additional tasks as directed by management to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary practices, and food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
