Server/Cashier Pierogi One 898 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the culinary world. This role requires effective communication skills, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Buss tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from customers. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer inquiries effectively. Adhere to health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Experience Previous experience in a food service role is preferred. Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine a plus as well as speaking Polish but not required A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
