Responsibilities include:

The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic,fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu includinga variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fareincluding cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our BistroTeam Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions,from serving coffee and other beverages (including alcohol), topreparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping,and storing food. This position processes all orders and collectspayment from customers, and provides assistance in food & beverageareas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and deliveringfood to guests. This position also performs general cleaning andmaintenance of food and beverage prep areas, counts the bank at endof shifts, and follows property control audit standards and cashhandling procedures.

Follow all company and safety and securitypolicies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager; and complete safety training andcertifications. Ensures uniform and personal appearance are cleanand professional, maintains confidentiality of proprietaryinformation, and protects company assets. Welcomes and acknowledgesall guests according to company standards, anticipates andaddresses guests? service needs, assists individuals withdisabilities, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation. Speakswith others using clear and professional language. Develops andmaintains positive working relationships with others, and supportsteam to reach common goals. Ensures adherence to qualityexpectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, andplace objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance and objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
