Server/Waiter Pierre’s Caribbean Cuisine West Park, FL 33023 We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and reliable Server/Waiter to join our team at Pierre’s Caribbean Cuisine, a vibrant Haitian-Caribbean restaurant. As a server, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations when needed Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver orders promptly and ensure all items are prepared and presented properly Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any questions, concerns, or special requests Refill drinks and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Process payments accurately and thank guests for their visit Assist in setting up and breaking down tables before and after service Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow Participate in team meetings and trainings as required Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times Skills Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and guests Handle busy shifts with composure, speed, and attention to detail Follow instructions and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Show initiative and be willing to help out wherever needed Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus, but not required Good multitasker Fluent in English as well as Creole is preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
