Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS or OpenTable, is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service
