The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by delivering timely and accurate service while ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining guest confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
