Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests in the dining room. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after meals. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Address any resident concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dining or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
