In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include managing guest relations, taking orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and drink options.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures. Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while remaining calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
