Server The Three Musketeers Crystal River, FL 34428 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated individual as a server at our fine dining restaurant. Customer service experience is preferred, however, the will to learn and improve is required. Someone who wants to take pride in their work is desired. The restaurant opens at the end of the month. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Qualifications Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively with all staff during dinner service. A commitment to delivering exceptional food service experiences.

Benefits Salary and Wage Increases :

Increases in pay are based on performance and length of employment.

Benefits Program :

After the first year of employment, half a day of paid time off is accrued per month. After the second year, a full day of paid time off is accrued per month.

Holidays :

Everyone will have Christmas Eve and Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve off. Other requested holidays off can be requested in advance but not guaranteed.
