Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or server in a restaurant setting Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with POS systems Background in hospitality and guest services Ability to manage guest relations and phone etiquette effectively Experience in a hotel environment is a plus Summary As a Host/Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient table turnover. With core skills in customer service and communication, you will foster a warm atmosphere while handling guest inquiries and concerns.
