Naples, Fl 34108 We are Japanese restaurant where Japanese comfort foods and specialties, are served mainly as ramen, sushi and small plates to . The restaurant has the same minimalist vibes of a hip ramen and sushi bar in a major metropolitan city, with its bamboo accents and clean wooden decor. We are looking for experienced servers to join with us. Candidates can respond in person and bring resume Monday to Saturday between 11:00 am – 5.00 pm.
Requirements:
- Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables
- Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room customers
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely fashion
- Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
- Maintaining table settings, cleanliness and service throughout the course of the meal
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
- Answer the phone and assist with answering guest questions in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organized dining room and work stations
- Working in collaboration with other teammates to deliver member/guests expectations Principals only.
