Position Overview:
As a server at Wild Berry Cafe, you’ll be the face of the guest experience. You’ll greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, deliver meals quickly and accurately, and help create an environment that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and professionally Take orders accurately and enter them into ToastPOS Deliver food and drinks quickly and knowledgeably Upsell menu items like sides, beverages, and add-ons Pre-bus tables and maintain a clean dining area Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently Promote our loyalty program, app downloads, and online reviews Work as a team to maintain fast, friendly service during busy hours Promptly answer the phone and take orders over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
Previous serving experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude Ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and be coached
