As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch guest services in a fine dining environment or nightclub setting. Your ability to connect with guests, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction will be key to your success in this role. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring all details are captured. Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety and handling standards to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions. Foster a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and providing exceptional service. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
