Serenity Hookah and Cigar Lounge is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Busser and Food Runner. Our establishment is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional hookah and cigar offerings, and a unique dining experience. We are looking for dynamic team players who are ready to go above and beyond to ensure our patrons have the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service and prepare for incoming guests.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support servers by assisting with order deliveries and refilling drinks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dishwashing area and service stations.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure a seamless operation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
