Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Hookah makers to join our team. As a hookah maker, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests.

Duties:

• Make hookahs accurately as shown on the hookah menu
• Promptly make hookahs and do coal rounds (change coals when needed)
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience or fix hookah that are not meeting expectation.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure timely service
• Handle hookahs with care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the hookah area
• Clean hookahs, heads, hoses and coal containers at the end of shift

Requirements and Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling various guest services situations
• Willingness to learn
