Restaurant Employee Icebreaker Jacksonville, FL 32207 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as we open our 4th restaurant, this sports bar and grill has a state of the art viewing area. We are excited to offer a new way to enjoy sports in Jax. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our customers. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with various tasks as needed. Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
