Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Can’t sit still? Hate the idea of sitting at a desk all day? Want to get your start in the Food and Beverage industry? The Runner is an excellent answer to all three questions! With your capable hands, you’ll provide both excellent service to our guests and support to our service staff. Here are a couple of the tasks you’ll be completing on a daily basis: Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables. Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Monitor and maintain table settings by removing dishes as they are completed, replenish drinks and utensils, clean spills and attend to guest requests Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up and replenishing condiments, assist with delivering food, retrieve supplies as required, and organize and clean all stations.
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent. While previous food and beverage experience is a plus, it is not required. What we really want is someone capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations. If that sounds like you, go ahead and apply.
