Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team at D’bo’s Daiquiris, Wings, & Seafood. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding food and beverages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems like Aloha POS.
• Adhere to food safety standards, including proper food handling procedures.
• Demonstrate strong math skills for order processing and bill calculations.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills:

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills for order processing and bill calculations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic culinary knowledge or interest in the culinary arts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
