Server Beach Bowl 818 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system or OpenTable. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently using cash register systems. Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food handling safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables and clearing dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
