Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced quick service environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Process transactions efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper kitchen practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in training new staff on service protocols and cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service practices is advantageous. Understanding of food safety standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while providing outstanding customer service.
