Server/Cashier TLC ICE Jacksonville, FL 32218 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while managing orders and transactions. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our guests’ overall experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. And not afraid to pass out samples. Take and make food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Process transactions using the POS system, including cash register operations. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cash register station at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality. Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and care. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar cash register systems. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
