With a unique blend of a vibrant hookah and cigar experience complemented by a delectable Japanese food menu, we will pride ourselves on offering our patrons a memorable dining and social atmosphere. We are looking for a team player who is eager to think outside the box and deliver exceptional service. Duties Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently, with a focus on our Japanese menu and hookah offerings. Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including food pairings with our diverse selection of hookahs and cigars. Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including tables, service stations, and the hookah area. Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service. Stay informed about current promotions, special events, and menu updates to effectively communicate with guests. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for all. Experience Previous experience in fast pace dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with guest relations and guest services to enhance the overall dining experience. Experience with food service operations, including knowledge of food safety practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
