Waiter/Server Beach Budz Jacksonville, FL 32246 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively, maintain guest relations, and ensure food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, aiming for excellent guest relations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests from guests. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
