Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and attend to them upon arrival Prepare and sanitize tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Present menus, answer questions, and assist with food and beverage selections Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks promptly Ensure orders are correct and meet presentation and quality standards Handle payments and perform basic cashier duties Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times Verify legal drinking age when serving alcohol (21+) Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and collaborate with staff across departments Monitor guest activity to ensure safety rules (e.g., no crossing foul lines, one ball at a time) are followed Report any issues you cannot resolve directly to management
Qualifications:
