The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and demonstrate strong time management skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using OpenTable or other ordering systems. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Requirements Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest relations skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
