Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team at our prestigious Private City Club. This role requires a professional who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a team environment, and consistently delivers exceptional service to members and their guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and courteous service in all dining areas, ensuring a refined experience for members and guests
• Possess thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer questions and make recommendations
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned service areas
• Follow club protocols for service standards, member preferences, and private events
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and side duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth service flow and support throughout shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or private club setting
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine and fine dining service
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to teamwork and service excellence
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in private club or high-end hospitality environments
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.
