Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you won’t just be stationed behind the bar—you’ll be on the move, tending to both the bar and the tables, ensuring that every guest experiences the warm, welcoming service that Penzo’s Pizza is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to our guests, both at the bar and tables, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Share the story and passion behind our family recipes with enthusiasm, making every guest feel like part of the Penzo’s family.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks with precision, quality, and speed.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun and positive environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both at the bar and in the dining room.
• Uphold the high standards of Penzo’s Pizza in all aspects of service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bartending and/or serving is preferred.
• A passion for food, drink, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A fun and upbeat personality with a love for music and great food.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
