As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to the restaurant’s standards for presentation and quality. Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage tabs efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout shifts. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or peak times as needed. Skills Proficiency in using POS systems such as OpenTable for order management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables effectively during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash register duties accurately. Experience in food preparation is a plus, contributing to an understanding of menu items. Ability to thrive in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
