Server Cornerstone Services USA Howey in the Hills, FL 34737 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Duties Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure food safety standards are met while handling and serving food. Process cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or as a server in fine dining settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Experience using POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
