Server/Waiter Steve’s Bar & Grill Leesburg, FL 34788 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing attentive service to our guests. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with kitchen operations as needed, including helping with food preparation during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow. Uphold high standards of customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
