Experienced Server San Matteo Estero 19810 Village Center Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation and food service techniques
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
• Culinary background or training is a bonus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly demeanor
