The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Duties Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, including OpenTable. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in the training of new staff members as needed. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Knowledge of culinary practices and kitchen operations is beneficial. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
