As a Server/Host, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing the flow of guests at the entrance. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Provide menu recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or special requests Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Assist in maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests Collaborate with the team to handle busy periods effectively
