Ice Cream Server Beachside Hospitality Group II – Sandbar Restaurant 100 Spring Avenue, Anna Maria, FL 34216 We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Scoop and serve ice cream in a variety of sizes and flavors, ensuring presentation is appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces regularly. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions and operate the register efficiently while ensuring accurate change is given. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all products are handled properly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essentials:
Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers. Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting containers of ice cream. Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
