Pay:

Beginner Line Server:

Starts at $12/hour + $9/hour avg in tips

Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every guest Prepare and serve fresh, made-to-order meals with care and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Operate POS system accurately and confidently Support fellow team members to keep service running smoothly Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and presentation Follow systems that ensure consistency, integrity, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

Interest in clean eating, scratch cooking, or organic/local sourcing Enthusiastic, dependable, and hospitality-focused Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based setting Previous kitchen or service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person Willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities over time
