Located in the heart of our community, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality service and delicious food. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Assist in food preparation and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in the food industry is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
