RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets guest with warm, welcoming and friendly “Welcome to Moe’s!”
- Provide superior guest service to every guest
- the last guest of the day receives the same quality of product, attention and courtesy as the first guest of the day
- Suggestive sell (or upsell) items and cash out all transactions accurately
- Demonstrate complete knowledge about the menu
- Quickly and accurately prepare all items ordered by the guest or/or prep items
- Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day
- if you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
- Completes food prep when needed

KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS
