Waiters and Waitresses Cortez cafe 12316 Cortez Road West, Cortez, FL 34215

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
• Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and cocktails
• Operate cash register and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work stations
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with cash register operation and basic math skills for handling payments
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional guest services
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences
