Fine Dining Server 18 South Raw Bar 18 South Magnolia Avenue, Ocala, FL 34471 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Server to join our esteemed restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests through attentive service and extensive knowledge of our menu offerings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders while ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted. Serve food and beverages in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required; fine dining experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial. Excellent math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. A passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
