Server Cheers at Rainbow Springs LLC Dunnellon, FL 34432 We are looking for part-time enthusiastic bartenders/servers who can provide an excellent experience to our guests & team. Position requires willingness to serve in both positions as needed & be flexible. This is not a bartender only position. We are looking for team members with experience & team members who already know how to use a POS, make alcoholic drinks, work well in a fast pace environment & does not require much training. Good bartenders/servers will be able to create classic and innovative drinks & serve tables, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, wait tables, take orders and serve meals and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Complete side work & keep all stations clean. Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender and server Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks POS Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
