Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Monitor tables for guest needs, providing assistance as required. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
